IDUMANGE T. IDUMANGE, PT, MSPT

President of Arkansas Chapter of AAPT (AAPTAR)

Idumange T. Idumange, has over 25 years of experience in Physical Therapy. Former Co-chair of Total Joint Replacement Team at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Forest City Arkansas. Idumange is webmaster for AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PHYSICAL THERAPY ARKANSAS and Twitter page (@AcademyPhysical), as well as the AAPT logo designer. MSPT University of Central Arkansas 1996; B.A Physics, University of Arkansas at Little Rock, 2003; and B.Arch in Architecture, Hampton University 1982. Member of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), published author, creator of Idumange Manual Therapy Theory/Technique. Director of Physical Therapy at private clinic. Who's Who Among Students In American Colleges and Universities at Hampton 1981-82, Member of Sigma Pi Sigma National Physics Honor Society at UALR chapter 1996, Golden Key Honor Society Member at UALR chapter.

TIMIA WATSON, PT, DPT

Vice President of Arkansas Chapter of AAPT (AAPTAR)

Dr. Timia Watson is a Graduate of University of Central Arkansas (UCA) Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2018, after obtaining her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from UCA. Dr. Timia Watson is currently the Director of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation at Ortho Rehab & Specialty Centers in Little Rock Arkansas. Dr. Timia Watson has postgraduate Pelvic Floor Therapy training at Herman & Wallace Institute towards her Pelvic Floor Therapy Certification. She is a Member of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She brings years of experience and skills in student government, DEI, perseverance, zeal, and dedication to the forefront in helping our organization grow and succeed. She is a member of The Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.

ROBERT C. TILLMAN, PT, FAAOMPT, FAAPT

Chair, AAPTAR Board of Directors

Robert "Rob" Tillman, FAAPT, FAAOMPT, current National President of The AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PHYSICAL THERAPY (AAPT), Board Member of Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy, and a Key Player in manifestation of APTA Black Heritage Room at APTA Headquarters in Alexandria, Va.  He is owner and operator of Ortho Rehab & Specialty Centers in Little Rock Arkansas (largest private owned physical therapy company in Arkansas). He is a former Dallas Cowboys Football Team Physical Therapist,  and former National Head of Spine Rehab at HealthSouth Rehabilitation. Currently he is an instructor of Ola Grimsby Manual Therapy Technique in Little Rock. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (AAOMPT), and American Academy of Physical Therapy (AAPT), MOMT, member of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Author of manual physical therapy books. He is a member of AMDPA. He is a graduate of University of Missouri Physical Therapy program and Ola Grimsby Manual Therapy Institute.

C. RENEE CRATER, PT, DPT

Dr. Renee Crater is the owner and operator of MCH Physical Therapy in Little Rock Arkansas. She graduated with Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy from University of Central Arkansas in 1983 and then Clinical Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Alabama State University in 2012. She is a member of University of Central Arkansas Foundation Board, member of AMDPA, member of Arkansas Stroke Care Task Force, member of Board of Directors of The Tidwell Project in Arkansas, member of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), and Director at American Academy of Physical Therapy (AAPT). She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.

SETH COULTER, PT, BSPT

Seth Coulter is the current President of the Arkansas Chapter of The American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), and Alternate Arkansas APTA Delegate, Member and former Chair (for about 15 years) of Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy, Fiercely active in State Legislations concerning the Physical Therapy Profession, Founding member and Former President of Rehabilitation Networks of Arkansas, Former Chair of Board for Russellvile Area Chamber of Commerce, Owner and Operator of Coulter Physical Therapy in Russellvile Arkansas since 1989, Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy from University of Central Arkansas in 1983, former APTA Book Review Editor for the Private Practice Section's Journal, former Director of Physical Therapy at Dardenelle Hospital in Arkansas, Active member of Rotary Club in Russellvile.

STATE REP. VIVIAN FLOWERS, MPS, BA

Member, AAPTAR Board of Directors

Rep. Vivian Flowers is serving her fourth term in the Arkansas HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. She represents District 17 which includes a portion of Jefferson County. For the 93rd General Assembly, Rep. Flowers serves on the Joint Committee for Advanced Communications and Information Technology, the Joint Budget Committee, House Insurance and Commerce Committee, and the House Judiciary Committee. She is the former Chair of The Arkansas Legislative Black Caucus and she is the Current Secretary for The National Black Caucus of State Legislators. Rep. Flowers earned a degree in Political Science, and Professional and Technical Writing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She went on to earn a Master’s Degree from the Clinton School of Public Service.

WILLIAM RUTLEDGE, MD

Member, AAPTAR Board of Directors

Dr. William Rutledge is currently a member of the Arkansas State Medical Board, owner and operator of The Doctor's Office in Little Rock Arkansas, Principal Partner/owner of Arkansas College of Health Careers in Little Rock Arkansas. Former Instructor at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Department of Surgery in Little Rock, former Instructor at Arkansas Baptist College in Little Rock, and member of AMDPA. He is a graduate of Meharry Medical College School of Medicine in 1979 with Medical Honors with specialty in General surgery, and he has over 42 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. William Rutledge also graduated from Texas Southern University School of Pharmacy with degree in Pharmacy and Clinical Toxicology in 1975. He is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society

NAAMAN KELLEY, MA, BA

Naaman Kelley is Retired Director of Transportation of the UPS Arkansas Division. Naaman Kelley has over 35 years experience with UPS. He is a fierce advocate of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the corporate world and institutions of higher learning. He believes in leveling the playing field in the corporate world through education of minority students in all fields and professions. He believes that sustainable growth and progress occurs where all races of people are present, treated as equals, and are instrumental in formulating policies and decisions that affect all. Where there is no DEI, growth and progress is stagnant. Naaman Kelley graduated from University of Central Arkansas with Bachelors Degree in Political Science: University of Arkansas at Little Rock with Bachelors Degree in English; Webster University with Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and Human Resources Development. He is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc

Dr. Lisa VanHoose, PT, PhD, MPH, FAPTA, FAAPT, Clinical Professor at Baylor University, former Associate Professor and Program Director of Department of Physical Therapy at the University of Louisiana-Monroe and Hampton University; Associate Professor of Physical Therapy at University of Central Arkansas. She earned her PhD in Rehabilitation Science and MPH from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She completed fellowships at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences (UAMS) Donald W. Reynolds Institute on Aging and the National Institute of Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute PRIDE Summer Institute with an emphasis in Cardiovascular Genetic Epidemiology. Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. She is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Oncologic Physical Therapy and has practiced in the field since 1996. As a NIH, PCORI, and industry funded researcher, Dr. VanHoose investigates socioecological models of cancer-related side effects with an emphasis on minority and rural cancer survivorship. Dr. VanHoose served as the 2012-2016 President of the American Physical Therapy Association Academy of Oncologic Physical Therapy. Dr Van Hoose is 13th Fellow of AAPT and also Fellow of APTA. Dr. VanHoose serves on the Governor Edwards COVID-19 Health Equity Taskforce in Louisiana and founder of Ujima Institutes.
